We offer several options for integrating with our warehouse. Take a look at the description of each integration offered and choose the one that best suits your needs and expectations. 

Offer in XLSX file 

Log in to your account and go to the Downloads tab. 

Download our offer to Excel. You have one file format at your disposal: XLSX. 

The file is only actual at the time of download. The prices in the XLSX file take into account your individual discount, if you have one. 

You can edit the file by adding order quantities. 

Place your order using the file on the platform (upload the file to your basket) or send the file to your sales assistant.

XML / CSV integration file

Log in to your account and go to the Downloads tab. 

Download the XML or CSV file with our offer. You have a choice of two XML file structures: product base or price and stock update. 

The file is up to date at all times. The prices in the XML file do not include your individual discount, if you have one. The prices in the CSV file take into account your individual discount, if you have one. 

You can use the file to integrate it into your own web shop. The integration should be done on a Symbol / SKU basis as EAN codes are repeated in our product base.

Base Connect 

Base Connect is an integration that allows you to exchange data between Base accounts - yours and ours. It allows to share and update the product database.
 
Data updates between Base accounts are live or as you decide. The prices we make available to you will already include your individual discount, if you have one.
