We deliver orders across Europe and selected international destinations, with shipping costs depending on the destination country and package weight. All shipments are handled by DPD. For parcels over 54,5 kg costs are calculated individually, our sales team is contacting the customer about this matter.

Personal pickup

Before pickup, please send an email to contact@parfumcompany.pl with the details of the person collecting the goods, as well as the vehicle’s registration number and model. Upon pickup, you will be required to provide the order number and company name.

• pickup available after confirmation that the order is ready
• pickup available from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm

DPD

Deliveries handled by DPD – one of the leading players in the courier market.

Standard DPD delivery costs are not available for the following destinations:
