TRADITIONAL WHOLESALE

Traditional wholesaling is a co-operative model in which a trader buys products in bulk from a manufacturer or distributor and then stores them in his warehouse before further sale. Buying products in larger quantities allows for better purchase prices.

DROPSHIPPING

Dropshipping is a co-operative model that transfers the process of shipping goods to the manufacturer or distributor. The role of the online shop in this model is reduced to collecting orders and sending them to the supplier, who carries out the shipment of goods directly to the end customer.

Dropshipping is a co-operation model for entrepreneurs with their own shop or a shop on the marketplace, but without their own warehouse.

We offer a dropshipping service that allows you to sell your products online without the need for your own warehouse. By working with us, you can focus on growing your business while we take care of the process of ordering, packing and delivering products directly to your customers.

Product database - we offer access to the product database via the BaseLinker system or a link to an XML file. We provide access to stock levels, prices, parameters, descriptions and photos. Data updates are performed on an ongoing basis.

Integration and automation - BaseLinker Connect integration is the key to efficient dropshipping. It helps ensure a seamless process of two-way data exchange, order placement and fulfilment, and shipment tracking.

Attractive prices - you will receive favourable wholesale prices from us right from the start, without having to negotiate discounts.

Delivery and returns handling - we will process orders the same day if placed by 1pm on a working day. We will also handle returns and complaints, taking care of your customers' satisfaction. As a matter of principle, shipments made under this model are not branded by us.

Contract and fees - the use of the dropshipping service requires the signing of a contract, the terms and conditions of which we set individually. Contract fees include the cost of goods, order handling and dispatch, packing materials and handling returns and complaints.

FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment is a cooperation model in which the entire logistics of the online shop stay with a third-party operator. The fulfilment operator takes care of warehousing, packing and shipping orders to end customers. It also handles returns.

Description

We offer a fulfillment service, which boils down to the receipt, storage and release of the customer's goods. Collaborating with us on fulfilment can make your business significantly easier, so here's an overview of our capabilities, experience and offering. Below is a list of key points that will help you decide whether to work with us.

Area of operation - our work and responsibility begins when the goods arrive at our warehouse and ends when they leave it. We ship goods to Poland and Europe.

Warehouse and management - our warehouse is an area of 2000 m2, several thousand shelf locations, several unloading ramps and specialised personnel. It is also full control and registration of logistic processes based on the WMS system and CCTV monitoring. Our warehouse is located near Warsaw.

Integration - we offer the possibility of integration through the BaseLinker system. We transfer the delivery notes automatically to your BaseLinker.

Order processing - depends on individual arrangements and the type of order. Usually retail orders placed before 1pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Those placed after 1pm on the following working day. Wholesale orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days.

Delivery of goods - with a standard contract, you are the one who orders the shipment of goods to your customers. However, it is possible to take advantage of shipments carried out by us. We cooperate, among others, with InPost, DPD and ORLEN Paczka.

Returns handling - we also handle returns. You will receive a protocol for each package that returns to our warehouse, stating the reason for the return.

Contract and costs - the terms and conditions of the contract are agreed individually. The contract charges include, but are not limited to, the costs for storage of goods, picking and shipping of orders, packing materials and handling of returns. It is possible to supply your own packing materials, in which case there is no charge for this.

Special requirements - as a matter of principle, shipments made in this model are not branded by us. There is, however, the possibility of branding shipments with your brand, provided you provide us with the appropriate materials. This service is free of charge.
