Who we are

Parfum Company is a family-owned company that has been successfully growing its business for 15 years. We are one of Europe's leading distributors of perfumes and cosmetics. We specialise in the international wholesale of selective, niche and mass-market perfumes, as well as skin care and make-up products. We are also the official distributor of selected Arabic perfume brands.

Our history

2007 - start of business in the beauty industry

2013 - as a result of the synergy of two companies, we continue to operate under the Parfum Company banner

2021 - we are recognised in the Polish edition of the Forbes magazine competition with the Forbes Diamonds award

2022 - we increase our warehouse space to 2000 m2 and bring it up to world standards

2023 - we focus on business development and build a b2b platform

Area of company activity

We operate both locally - in Poland and abroad. We deliver to most European countries, including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Ukraine, the UK, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Lithuania and many others. Destinations such as Canada, the United States of America, China or the United Arab Emirates are also on our map.

Warehousing facilities

We know how important warehousing and logistics services are. We have: a warehouse location near Warsaw, an area of 2,000 m2, 11,000 shelf locations, 1,000 pallet places, 6 loading docks, trained warehouse staff, full control and registration of logistic processes based on WMS and CCTV monitoring.

Dropshipping - we help you to develop your online shop with a dropshipping service. We give you the opportunity to integrate with our product database through the BaseLinker system.

Fulfillment - we provide a professional fulfillment service thanks to our large warehouse space, qualified staff and advanced warehouse management system.

Free delivery - for all orders over 1000 pln in Poland, including combined same-day order shipping. We ensure your shopping pleasure with no hidden costs.

Low complaint rate - our attention to customer service and the quality of goods received and issued from the warehouse translates into a low complaint rate. The percentage of all goods complained about is less than 0.3% in relation to the value of sales. Complaints are resolved positively in 99% of cases.

Safe delivery - by taking care of the goods and using the best quality packaging materials, we ensure the safety of goods in transit.
